I believe in a laid back, authenitic, clear, and collaborative approach to healing. I believe that healing happens in a variety ways whether that be talk therapy, evidence-based protocols used to assist in healing trauma, being in nature, dancing, body-work, or being in community to name a few. I feel it is essential to celebrate and welcome not only the wisdom we find within ourselves, but also, the wisdom shared from our cultures, ancestors, and the natural world. My hope is that the people and communities I encounter feel safe enough to show up as their most authentic selves. I also know that trust is earned. I believe in peoples’ and communities’ innate ability to heal and I am honored when I have the privilege of being there alongside the people I serve as it happens. https://www.instarhealingservices.com/consultation-and-community-outreach daily 0.75 2018-09-17 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ac040224eddecd0eac1ccdf/1537148566998-SGELHY3ZAZJLLQGTOSK5/blur-botanical-cactus-175260.jpg Consultation and Community Outreach https://www.instarhealingservices.com/psycho daily 0.75 2026-10-21 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ac040224eddecd0eac1ccdf/1537147449476-EUIOVL518YLK8C2GGLFL/agave-botanical-cactus-1207966.jpg Therapy https://www.instarhealingservices.com/somatic-experiencing daily 0.75 2018-11-26 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ac040224eddecd0eac1ccdf/1537148299210-YVQEUIODBLB7S5ZRCU68/blur-color-curve-740135.jpg Somatic Experiencing https://www.instarhealingservices.com/telemental-health daily 0.75 2020-03-26 https://www.instarhealingservices.com/home-alt-bedford daily 0.75 2025-05-09 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/52a74d9ae4b0253945d2aee9/1390500612440-PGQSIY8KL9F7T5VIXQLO/chambers-2.jpg Home Alt A better world Starts with a choice Contact Us https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/52a74d9ae4b0253945d2aee9/1390500503574-5BAPXZO9U06UV61P49UO/chambers1.jpg Home Alt Sustainability Starts with you Join Us https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/52a74d9ae4b0253945d2aee9/1390500933384-LII4SRIPHFYOUFX0UCXC/chambers-4.jpg Home Alt A better world Starts with a choice Join Us https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/52a74d9ae4b0253945d2aee9/1390504287124-HQ8GNX1JCE22V047MSQ9/chambers-8.jpg Home Alt Preserve Nature Join Us
